Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aeo (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

aeo provides AI visibility analytics and workflows, including:

• running prompt scans against AI models,
• extracting and scoring mentions/trust signals,
• dashboards for visibility, competitors, keywords, actions, and content generation,
• integrations and automation workflows.

You must:

• provide accurate information,
• keep credentials secure,
• notify us of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You grant us permission to process the information you provide to operate the Service, including:

• domains, brand/competitor names,
• prompt sets and prompts,
• crawl/audit inputs,
• scan outputs, scores, and derived metrics.

You represent that you have the right to use the content you submit and that it does not violate applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity,
• attempt to bypass security or access other users' data,
• upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights,
• overload or disrupt the Service,
• use the Service to generate or distribute malware, phishing, or scams.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Service may rely on third-party services and APIs (e.g., OpenRouter for LLM calls, Apify for crawls/audits, automation tooling). These providers may have their own terms and policies. You understand that:

• outputs may vary by model/provider,
• third-party outages or changes may impact results or availability,
• you are responsible for any third-party fees incurred through your own connected accounts (if applicable).

The Service provides analytics, recommendations, and generated drafts that may be imperfect or inaccurate. You acknowledge:

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up to date,
• you are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in business decisions,
• aeo does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• fees are billed in advance (monthly/annual) unless stated otherwise,
• taxes may apply,
• failure to pay may result in suspension,
• refunds are handled according to the billing terms shown at checkout (or as required by law).

We may provide self-serve deletion/export features. If not available in-product, you can request deletion/export via support.

We own the Service, including software, UI, branding, and underlying IP. You own your inputs (e.g., your brand details, prompts you authored) subject to the license you grant us to operate the Service.

If you provide non-public information (e.g., strategy, internal data), we'll treat it as confidential and use it only to provide the Service, unless disclosure is required by law.

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided "as is" and "as available,"
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages,
• our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes will be handled in Thessaloniki courts.
